An acceptable AI technology usage policy offers necessary risk mitigation given cheating can occur. Behavioral fluency can be mimicked but only humans can answer questions as humans do, so while avoiding human bias or prompting AI machine bias, some recruiting, onboarding, and performance tools are necessary. Technology can help ensure accessibility and equal employment opportunity. For example: voice-to-video, text recognition-to-speech, algorithmic resume sorting by job description criteria, and other types of technologies may offer more reasons to connect with job seekers. Each unique interviewing opportunity comes with functional, technical, manual, and other employment related assessments so to ensure a right fit that results in employment sustainability and success as best possible.
